Del Monte Schezwan Sauce is used in the majority of Indo-Chinese food. It gives an exclusive taste to Chinese noodles, rice, and other dishes. It is noted for being hot, strongly, and spicy flavoured. Chillies are used in big quantities - regularly unseeded - with spicy flavoured vegetables such as onions, garlic, and spring onions.
