India is famous worldwide for its food. We have turned making preserved food into an art. One such preserve is Gulkand. It is made with fresh rose petals and crystal sugar, which are selected and left to marinate under the sun. The hot sun melts the sugar, which is absorbed by the petals. This product is free from added colour and contains no trans fat.
