Manna Appam/Idiyappam Podi is made from clean, husked and specially processed rice. The Rice is dried and ground to a fine paste to form the flour which is of smooth texture and white in colour. It is a good supply of vitamins and minerals such as niacin, vitamin D, thiamine, iron and calcium. It can be used to prepare noodle dish and variety of other sweets and savouries.
