Mahathri Sago Vadam is a thin disc-shaped snack food prepared mainly with sago and rock salt. It is generally served as a side dish to accompany a meal. Sago has an excellent source of dietary fibre and helps to keep the digestive system healthy. This papad has the goodness of sabudana flavoured with a blend of spices and salt.
