GoSwasthya's Pure Cow Ghee is made using the traditional bilona curd churning method. Fresh A2 milk is set to curd, which is then churned slowly in two directions by hand. This process separates the A2 butter, which is then heated to make the Auric A2 Desi Cow Ghee. The result is a ghee with a perfect aroma and danedar texture, made from the milk of grass-fed jersey cows. This ghee is high in calcium and fat.
