Sambar Masala powder is made by dry roasting and blending the spices such as cumin, coriander, black pepper, and fenugreek. To this spice mix, Bengal gram dal (split Chickpea) and rice are added. This mixture is blended well and ground into a fine powder. This mix is sieved along with turmeric powder and salt and then packed. It is Organic, grown without synthetic Pesticides and GMOs. The product is unadulterated, flavourful, aromatic and a source of antioxidants.
