Unlike Nendran Banana Chips from Kerala, spiced/flavoured Banana chips cannot be prepared in Nendran Bananas, hence locally grown green vegetable bananas are cut into thin slices and fried in Cold Pressed Sunflower Oil, these chips are then coated with ground pepper powder & a bit of salt. Sliced bananas are deep-fried under controlled temperature, it ensures that the chips are lighter, non-greasy and also enhances the natural earthy flavour of bananas. This is what makes our chips different from every other brand out there. Each batch of chips is processed and prepared in a hygienic facility to ensure you receive only fresh and premium quality chips.
