Pour a handful of Prabhat Plain Mixture onto your pulao if it feels lacking. This mixture is made with gram flour which makes it a great alternative to maida-based snacks. It has a good amount of protein which gives you a burst of energy. Without any added sugar, it is the perfect snack to binge on without feeling guilty. Use this to make papdi chaat or raj kachori. Mix this with some masala oatmeal or sprinkle some over your morning poha. This light snack is definitely a great addition to your diet.
