Chana Jor Garam is a mouthwatering Indian traditional snack made out of Bengal black grams. In India, the snack is sold in conical shaped pressed. The street-side favourite in a modern avatar. Pair it with finely chopped onion, tomatoes and add a squeeze of lime. It can be enjoyed as a snack or as a crunchy addition to side dishes.
