Synthetic vinegar can be used in pickles, chutneys, and sauces. It can be drizzled onto pizzas and salads to give them a bit of clout. It is also useful in stir-frys. In little quantities, it's a handy addition for casseroles, curries, savoury sauces, and fish dishes.
