Multi-Coloured Swiss Chard is mild tasting and wholesome stalks grow in a rainbow of colours. This contains the formula blend of hybrid and artificial hybrid types. These are succulent and tender when young, the stems, fibrous and sometimes acidic and inedible. It is a very superior supply of vitamins A, C & E, beta-carotene and the minerals manganese and zinc.
