Brij's madrasi namkeen is a south Indian mixture. It is a very delicious and well-liked snack in south India. It is prepared by using superior ingredients like gram pulse flour, vegetable oil (cottonseed oil), common salt, puffed rice flakes, curry leaves, peanuts, gram, corn starch and spices such as chilli powder, cumin, dried mango powder, and asafoetida.
