Eagle Castor Sugar is extremely fine granulated sugar. They melt extremely rapidly, so are helpful in custards, meringues, and mousses, and for sweetening cold drinks or cocktails. It is also utilised in baking. It is different from regular sugar because of the light presence of molasses, which includes a tasty flavour and aroma.
